PROHIBITED CONTENT: (1) Illegal material (child exploitation, terrorism, drug trafficking), (2) Adult/pornographic content (except designated adult hosting), (3) Malware/viruses/phishing sites, (4) Spam/unsolicited bulk email, (5) Copyright-infringing content (pirated movies, software, music), (6) Hate speech/harassment/doxxing, (7) Fraudulent schemes/scams. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: (1) Excessive resource usage (CPU >25%, RAM abuse), (2) Email spam (>200 emails/hour without consent), (3) Port scanning/network probing, (4) DDoS attacks/hacking attempts, (5) Reselling without authorization, (6) Running proxies/VPNs/Tor exit nodes. Violations result in account suspension and potential legal action.

Violations are handled based on severity: First offense = warning + 48 hours to comply, Second offense = suspension pending compliance, Severe violations (malware, spam, illegal content) = immediate suspension. We comply with law enforcement requests and legal notices.

What happens if I violate the AUP?

Violation enforcement: (1) First offense (minor): Warning email + 48 hours to remove violating content, (2) Second offense: Account suspension until compliance + final warning, (3) Third offense: Permanent termination without refund. Severe violations (malware, spam, illegal content) = immediate suspension without warning. Suspended accounts have 7 days to retrieve backups before deletion. We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal activities. Appeals can be submitted to abuse@lilder.com with explanation.

Can I run scripts or automated processes?

Yes, with restrictions: ALLOWED: (1) Cron jobs (max 1 per 15 minutes), (2) WordPress/Joomla (standard CMS operations), (3) E-commerce (WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop), (4) APIs/webhooks (reasonable usage). NOT ALLOWED: (1) Mining scripts (cryptocurrency, Bitcoin), (2) Proxies/VPNs (Tor exit nodes, open proxies), (3) File sharing (torrent trackers, warez), (4) IRC bots/servers. Scripts must not exceed CPU/RAM limits.

How do I appeal a suspension or termination?

To appeal: (1) Email abuse@lilder.com with: (a) Account email/username, (b) Suspension reason (from notification), (c) Explanation of circumstances, (d) Steps taken to rectify violation, (e) Commitment to AUP compliance. (2) Our team reviews appeals within 48 hours, (3) If approved: account reinstated with final warning, (4) If denied: you have 7 days to retrieve backups before permanent deletion. Appeals are granted for: first-time offenders, unintentional violations, compromised accounts (hacked). Repeat offenders or severe violations are rarely reinstated.
