By accessing or using Lilder South Africa's services, including our website, domain registration, web hosting, bulk SMS, and website design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lilder South Africa provides various services including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, bulk SMS, and website design. The specific details, features, and limitations of each service are described on our website and in service-specific agreements.

2.1 Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registries (e.g., ZACR for .co.za domains, ICANN for generic TLDs). By registering a domain through Lilder South Africa, you agree to comply with these policies. Domain registrations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific domain name. Domain ownership is subject to the accuracy and completeness of the registration information provided.

2.2 Web Hosting

Web hosting services are provided subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use our hosting services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We provide the specified storage space, bandwidth, and features as outlined in your selected hosting plan. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or discontinue any hosting plan with reasonable notice. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

2.3 Bulk SMS

Our bulk SMS services are provided in compliance with South African telecommunications regulations. You agree not to use our SMS services for sending unsolicited messages, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws. Message delivery is subject to network conditions and recipient availability. We do not guarantee delivery of all messages.

2.4 Website Design

Website design services are provided based on agreed-upon specifications and timelines. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges. You retain ownership of your website content, while we retain ownership of the design elements unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

3. Payments and Billing

Payment for our services is due in advance and can be made via EFT/Masterpass/Card, credit card, or bank transfer. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect services already paid for during their current term. Failure to pay for services may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Refund Policy

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.

Hosting services may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, subject to our discretion. Bulk SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased. Website design services are subject to the refund terms specified in your project agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for all content hosted on your website or sent through our SMS services. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lilder South Africa and is protected by copyright laws.You retain ownership of your content hosted on our servers or created through our website design services.

7. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lilder United States is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your services with us according to the cancellation terms specified for each service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, United States.
