To report abuse, email abuse@lilder.com with: (1) Your contact information (name, email, phone), (2) Nature of violation (spam, malware, copyright, phishing, TOS), (3) Evidence (URLs, email headers, screenshots, IP addresses), (4) Detailed description of the abuse. Our abuse team investigates within 24 hours, contacts the account holder for explanation, and takes action (warning, suspension, termination) based on severity. Anonymous reports are accepted, but contact information helps us follow up with you. All reports are handled confidentially.

What happens after I submit a report?

After submission: (1) Acknowledgment (you receive case number and confirmation within 24 hours), (2) Investigation (our abuse team reviews evidence and contacts account holder), (3) Account Holder Response (customer has 48 hours to explain or rectify), (4) Action Taken (warning, suspension, or termination based on severity), (5) Follow-up (you're notified of resolution). Serious violations (malware, phishing) result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

Can I report abuse anonymously?

Yes, anonymous reports are accepted.
